Which diet is the best for me?

There are a lot of diet programs out there, all claiming to be some type of miracle weight loss plan. They all seem to have testimonials claiming that people have lost dozens of pounds in just weeks. Some are fairly simple, simply reducing calories, others cut out a specific food group, others are quite complex and hard to understand.

With all of these programs, it's no wonder that so many people have trouble choosing one. To top it all off, everyone reacts differently to different diets. What works for one person may not work for another.

With all of this in mind, it is very helpful to have a third party opinion to help sort through all of the confusion. That is why I decided to make this blog, to offer some reviews and hopefully help you make sense of all the hype. Let me do the research for you.

With proper diet and exercise, anyone can lose weight and reach their goal. It is not easy, it can take a long time and there are often setbacks, but the basic formula remains simple: Burn more calories than you consume.
